1. Send us your requirements
Send us your project requirements, including materials, quantities, and target prices, the more information you can provide, the easier will be for our team to evaluate your project.
2. Project Evaluation
Our engineers and project managers will review your project. If it’s a good fit, we’ll schedule a consultation to dive deeper into the details. If it’s not suitable, we’ll let you know right away.
3. Design for Manufacturing (DFM/DFMA)
Our engineers will conduct a thorough DFM evaluation and collaborate with you to optimize the design for efficient manufacturing and assembly.
4. Prototyping
We provide in-house 3D printing and partner with trusted suppliers to create high-quality prototypes that aid in the DFM process.
5. Mass Production
With our extensive supplier network, we’ll identify the best fit for your project. If multiple parts are needed from different sources, we offer IP-protective assembly at our facility.
6. Quality Control & Logistics
